Completed in March 2025, the Tainan Cheng Mansion exemplifies a seamless blend of contemporary architecture, functionality, and elegant design. The residence is divided into three zones: a front garage and attached spaces for practical entry and other functions, followed by an interior split into a transparent dining area on the left and a cozy living space on the right. The exterior features fair-faced concrete walls showcasing natural textures, softened by warm wooden accents and garage doors that add a welcoming touch. The dining area, with expansive glass walls, bathes in natural light and connects to the surrounding greenery, ideal for gatherings, while the living space offers a minimalist vibe with the fair-faced concrete.
The courtyard serves as the heart of the home, visible from both the dining and living areas, where young trees and gravel harmonize with the urban setting, bringing nature indoors and elevating the living experience. Large glass panels and the courtyard design create a bright, open vista, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
